POLICIES, TERMS & CONDITIONS


SCHEDULING POLICY

  • Send a CLEAR and RECENT picture of your NATURAL and BARE brows with FLASH ON before scheduling.

  • Deposit is required upon scheduling (+$5 card processing fee).

  • Consent form is required & must be completed prior to your appointment.

  • NO DEPOSIT = NO APPOINTMENT

  • NO CONSENT FORM = NO APPOINTMENT

  • NO EXTRA GUESTS will be allowed in the procedure area/room.

  • Remaining balance paid via ZELLE (NO CASH).

  • If you book without sending a clear picture/video of your brows & I am unable to provide your service due to unforeseen circumstances, then you automatically forfeit your deposit.

CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING POLICY

  • If in the event you need to cancel / reschedule, please send a text 7 days prior to your appointment. Failure to do so automatically forfeits your deposit & you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee +$5 card processing fee.

  • NO SHOWS will be charged full price of service. A NO SHOW is considered someone who does not send a text advising of the cancellation & does not show up for the appointment.

  • Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will be treated as a no show & the full price of service will be charged to the card on file.

  • New cancellation fees/policy apply to ALL appointments (including appointments scheduled prior to policy change).

REFUND POLICY

  • No refunds by any means necessary.

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Card transaction fee is non-refundable.

  • Deposits are only transferrable (non-refundable) if you reschedule your appointment 7 days prior to scheduled appointment date/time.

PRIVACY POLICY

  • Information collected is for legal purposes only. Your information will never be shared with any other parties or entities other than Essentials By Elyse (the persons collecting information and providing services). Information may be shared with authorities upon request for legal purposes only.

  • Card information is protected & will not be shared by any means necessary.

  • Your medical history will not be shared as it is against HIPPA to share any medical related information.

Failure to follow the above policies automatically forfeits your deposit & appointment.
